Netball

We listen to the radio at work and the radio station we listen to is called 91ZM and you can win loads of stuff. Tracey who I work with called up and won a double pass to go to the netball on Monday night. I said that Mel and I would like to go, so she gave me the tickets !!! They would've cost $18 each. I was totally pleased. Netball is a main sport over here and taken very seriously. The match was between the local team - Tactix and the Vixens from Melbourne. The competition is between teams from Oz and NZ (http://www.anz-championship.com/). The match was televised live on Sky Sports !!

It was a really good match. The Vixens where odds on favourite and played consistently good. The Tactix's seemed to push ahead and then relax and loose points. Was really please that I went and even better that it was free. I did enjoy shouting the teams on - can you tell from the photo's ??
